From I-65 South in Mobile, take I-10 East to Water Street Exit. Turn Left on Hwy 90 West (Government Street).
From Eastern Shore (Spanish Fort, Daphne, Fairhope) take I-10 East to Government Blvd./Hwy 90/Downtown Exit. Travel West on Highway 90 through Bankhead tunnel onto Government Street.
