On behalf of FBC Mobile, myself, and my wife and partner in ministry,
Jennifer, thank you for taking the time to get to know a little more
about our family of faith. My official title is Reverend Christopher
George, but I am far more comfortable simply being called Pastor Chris. I
consider myself truly blessed to pastor this incredible community of
believers called First Baptist Church of Mobile. We are a
congregation diverse in theology and faith background, but united in
our commitment to follow in the footsteps of Christ and to reach out
into the world with Gods love and grace. We value the special talents
and gifts that God has instilled in each and every person regardless
of age, gender, or race. We are a church big
enough to meet peoples needs, but small enough to know your names. I
invite you to join us for worship on Sunday mornings and Wednesday
nights so that you might know the warmth and the love that
characterizes this unique church. If you are a new Christian, a
long-time believer, or a seeker, we have a place for you to find
connection and foster meaningful relationships. Wherever you
are on your journey, we pray Gods blessings on you and look forward to
